Introduction
SW-1250 Slitting is designed for processing Electrical Steel thickness from 0.15 to 0.50mm. The machine is specially designed to accurately cut steel into coil by tearing the silicon steel. The main features for the slitting line are superior product surface finish, rigid structure, durable life, adjustable speed, precise cutting, equipped with PLC control unit and HMI 15" touch screen. The slitting lines functions with the support of their components such as de-coiler, strip leveler, slitting stand, recoiler unit, coil lifter and pinch roll. The machine is ideally used in automotive, silicon steel processing unit and transformer manufacturing industries. 　 See Video

Remote Controller
Both De-coiler and Re-Coiler come with a remote controller that allows Engineer to close control every step on the loading and unloading the coils. See Video
